The changing relations between Russia and America tell the state of modern politics, but these two countries were not always against each other. For this, let us look at some of the moments of the relationship of these countries for more than 200 years. In the year 1809, for the first time, a state relationship was formed between America and the then Russian Empire. At that time, Alaska was with Russia and it was settled in today’s California, which bordered America. Then in 1867, Russia sold Alaska to America for 72 lakh dollars. Today its value is more than 15.5 crore dollars. With this, Russia withdrew from North America. There was some dispute between the two countries for many years, but everything changed in the 20th century. By 1917, there was turmoil. The Bolsheviks gained power and established the world’s first communist state. This pushed the newly formed Soviet Union and America on two different ideological paths of communism versus capitalism. When Stalin and the Russian Empire decided to fight Nazi Germany together, then both came together for some time, but as soon as This war ended, the Cold War began. Tensions increased rapidly, large military alliances were formed and the arms race began. Around 1962, the world came under threat when the Cuban Missile Crisis brought both countries close to nuclear war.

Instead of trying to dominate the world, the world has joined this historic moment of ending this dreadful war of arms. After coming very close to nuclear war, the world moved forward towards working on its stockpiles of arms and mutual peace was established. Then in 1979, the Soviet Union attacked Afghanistan in support of the anti-government coup. This war was supposed to last for 6 months but it got extended till 1988. The Soviet Union weakened. With the arrival of reformist Michael Kaur Bechhab in Russia, the areas of Eastern Europe saw an opportunity to separate. After that, in 1991, the Soviet Union collapsed and the Cold War ended. In the next decade, the ice on the relations between America and Russia started melting. After this, the 90s gave way to a new era. Vladimir Putin took control of Russia while George W. Bush came to power in America for some time. Relations improved After the September 11 attacks, both cooperated for some time against terrorism Putin once again embarked on a mission to make Russia a superpower In 2014, Russia snatched Crimea from Ukraine The world criticized it The US imposed sanctions on Russia Putin once again sidelined Western countries by supporting Bashar al-Assad in the Syrian civil war Then in February 2022, Russia launched a major attack on Ukraine This move turned Western countries against Russia The fear of nuclear war returned once again Top officials of NATO countries are making aggressive statements about our country Therefore, I order the Defense Minister and the Chief of General Staff to keep the nuclear forces on alert The relations between the two countries were very bad till the end of the term of former US President Joe Biden A dictator bent on building his own empire cannot erase people’s love for freedom This man should not remain in power The language of both countries has changed with the return of Donald Trump There is fear of each other and praise is being given, but both leaders dominate the world with different ideologies But warm words are not enough to bring warmth to this often tense relationship
Putin has been warned about World War 3, but what did he do to make Trump so furious? Ukraine.
In 2013, President Trump expressed his wishes and plans to bring the Miss Universe competitions to Russia. He also asserted that he would like to meet with President Putin during the competitions. The President of Russia at that time was Putin and wished to help build the competition. If anything else, I would be relieved if Putin decided to put his in order if he competes in the Miss Universe pageant.
So starting July 1, he participated in the Miss Universe pageant unfortunately returning had to leave bare hard to absorb defeat. KremlinTrump and Putin met for the first time after about 4 years, in the G20 summit.
According to sources, after this meeting, the two leaders’ friendship intensified to the point that even during the Corona period, Trump called Putin to check on his health and sent special corona kits for his friend. This friendship was evident even at the start of Trump’s first term. Russia is not an enemy to us, he said. During the campaign, Trump claimed that if elected president, he would establish cordial relations with Russia. This claim started coming through after Trump was re-elected in January 2025.

Putin appointed a figurehead ruler, one who would not claim the throne for himself. We may assume that if Midhadev remains silent while speaking, then he too, is under the assumption that If Midhadev speaks, he speaks only on behalf of Putin with the backing of the Kremlin. Trump and Putin for some reason seem to have issues with each other. We shall consider the question whether this verbal conflict embraces the potential to become actual combat, and what will be the impact on the friendship of the two heads of state. Putin knows why this verbal clash was brought forth and whether it will ever cease. For now however, lets greet Nikhil here at Khabargaon and welcome the viewers with International Bulletin Rajdoot. Here we track the Trump-Putin friendship timeline In our previous episodes, we showed from this Presidential election campaign trump claimed that I want to get along with trump. So, I want trump to make me an ambassador in a place where all the ambassadors of the state of New York. As we followed on previous discussions During elections in Xi would declare that there is not a single figure in the US France Britain or any European country would want to rival trump is is supremely confident that there is no world leader quite like him.

Putin is allegedly said to have been aware of much of the information and did nothing to stop it; it was happening with his blessing. In 2019, American lawyer Robert Mueller looked into these claims. Mueller who had served the FBI from 2001 to 2013 was taken quite seriously. In this Report, he declared all allegations to be unsubstantiated. America held its elections for the second time in 2020. Having faced contesting the elections the first time over, Trump decided to make a comeback. Again, an environment was supposedly created by Putin for Trump to support him during the elections. Trump lost the elections to Joe Biden who became the President. Then the Corona Virus pandemic struck, bringing the entire world into a lockdown including America. An American journalist duo by the name of Bob Woodward and Carl Bunstein who exposed the Watergate scandal gave birth to a scandal of their own in October 2014 that left the nation in shock. War This book claimed that even after Trump stepped down as President, he maintained a line of communication with Putin,

consistently referring to him during phone conversations. Trump had at least seven conversations with Putin over the phone from 2020 to 2024. It was also said in the same book that Trump allegedly sent a Covid test kit meant for personal use to Putin. Biden was in office when Putin attacked Ukraine. According to him, the activity is happening there is some form of an ‘attack’ and negotiation is going on ‘there’ and Vitak and Kitag and the rest etc. are busy trying to negotiate there. So what ‘there’ will down there is ‘there’ be an agreement and till where would an agreement there is no progress on all this. A meeting was conducted recently you know that one was done in Istanbul and that meeting’ But Russia did not send important delegates to it. After that the Ukraine in wish that the Russia should have the at least one month to announce the ceasefire are not ready to do this. Russia will say there will not be talk on core issues of dispute until the core is resolved. Without an agreement on the issue there will ceasefire announced they will. What the core issue is for Russia is. The core issues for Russia are first that Ukraine should not get membership. Second, the aid that Ukraine is getting from Europe and America should be stopped. It should not get NATO membership and the occupied territories should also remain with Russia. So these are all core issues. If I talk from Russia’s point of view, then no agreement is being reached. This will be the first visit of Putin to Germany and Germany is talking about fully supporting Ukraine. So the problem is that the main stakeholders in it have different conditions. Europe does not want Ukraine to agree to the conditions demanded by Putin, such as not getting NATO membership or the occupied territory should remain with Russia, etc. Europe is not ready to accept that. Russia is not agreeing to the ceasefire because Russia is saying that until there is an agreement on these conditions, which are Russia’s main conditions regarding NATO membership or the occupied territory or European help, etc.Ukraine is saying that Russia will not impose a ceasefire there. They do a ceasefire for one month each but Russia is not ready for this at all, so it has become a situation of different people having different opinions, all the people have different demands and due to this reason no agreement is being reached between these countries. The chapter of friendship or not
